Our Christmas Market returns as part of Nollaig, Kells Christmas Festival & Lights 2026, bringing festive stalls, local traders, food, gifts and plenty of Christmas atmosphere into the heart of Kells.

The market will take place across the festival weekend, including Saturday 28th November and alongside our Christmas Lights Switch On on Sunday 29th November.

We love having a good variety of traders at the market, so where possible we limit bookings to one trader per product type. This helps give every stallholder a fair chance and keeps plenty of variety for visitors.

Please note that we already have an exclusive light up toy and novelty lighting vendor confirmed for this year's festival, so we cannot accept applications from additional traders selling these products.

All traders must be approved by the Nollaig Committee before attending, with the appropriate insurance and licences in place. Food vendors must also meet all relevant HSE requirements.
